We also offer an extensive wine list and a wide range of liqueurs and scottish whiskies to complement your meal. In addition, our "Woodlands" Bistro offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy our extensive lunch and supper menus including our seasonal specials board, or just have a quiet drink. For a more lively atmosphere there is no better place than our traditional "1809" bar with open fire and a wide range of beers and spirits. We also have a pool room housing pool table and dart board. In good weather the beer garden provides yet another alternative for sitting and enjoying lunch, supper or just a drink. We also have a comfortable Residents Lounge in which to relax, watch the television or enjoy the selection of board games available. Dunkeld is situated 15 miles north of Perth on the main A9 Perth to Inverness road. From Edinburgh go over the Forth Road Bridge and stay on the M90 through Fife to Perthshire. Take the A9 signposted for Crianlarich then turn off for Inverness following A9 until you reach the Dunkeld turnoff. From Glasgow, follow the M74 or M8/9 to Stirling then the A9 to Perth and up to Dunkeld. There is a regular train service from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Dunkeld. Come over Thomas Telford's five arched bridge into the village of Dunkeld and drive through the main street until you reach The Royal Dunkeld Hotel on the left hand side. Our card park is at the rear of the hotel, first left after passing the hotel.
