Using the best that Scotland has to offer (such as Black faced Lamb) is one of the secrets to our continued culinary success. The sourcing of top class ingriedients makes life in the kitchen much easier as we do not need to mask foods with heavy, old fashioned type sauces. Instead, we choose to let the natural flavours of the products shine through. The wine list is South African and we are proud to say it is one if not the largest such list, this exclusively Wine of South Africa.
